Given the combination of our innovation power and our strong commitment to a better tomorrow, we get many opportunities to help build that better tomorrow. We have chosen to incorporate several of these opportunities in our Tomorrow strategy. Tomorrow is for our employees, people in our network, and people like us. Our commitment and our resolve are producing amazing results.

We want to make a difference in society and work for a better tomorrow. We do that in clear, concrete actions that make a difference in several areas. In Tomorrow Talk, we unify important stakeholders in our society, with the task of developing concrete action plans in key social issues. Currently, we are conducting the “IT samtal”, a year-long initiative in which several business executives and public-sector managers are engaged – including Helene Barnekow, CEO Microsoft Sweden; Fredrik von Essen, IT&Telekomföretagen and Maria Raanka, former CEO Brunswick Sweden.

As one of Sweden's largest IT consulting companies, we work with tomorrow's technology and important social issues. We highlight this in our own trend analysis and reports called Tomorrow Report. Read the report here (Swedish).

Just as a pilot navigates an airplane with a safe hand, Sigma’s Tomorrow Pilots navigate the cutting edge of technology. If you are a Tomorrow Pilot, you stay ahead of tomorrow's technologies and are motivated constantly to develop and learn more. Tomorrow Pilots share their knowledge with colleagues, clients, and others who are interested.

The advances in technology that we are seeing today place high demands on skills. We aim to meet that demand by giving an extra boost to the development of new IT graduates. Tomorrow Talent is a Sigma graduate scheme tailored to new talent who are just beginning their IT careers. It gives our IT recruits a customized education in their field of technology, complemented with important knowledge of collaboration and communication and with access to a senior mentor who coaches and guides them through their first year at Sigma. Once you have completed your graduate scheme, you become a certified Tomorrow Talent
