New round of Folksam Tech Talent in cooperation with Sigma Young Talent

Previous rounds of Folksam Tech Talent have been a success. That's why Folksam now invests in a third round of the almost year-long introduction and development program. Tech Talent aims at securing growth and competence when building the insurance and savings company for the future.

“The results of our previous Folksam Tech Talent programs have been very successful. We are very pleased with the program and the participants in the program have developed a lot during the past year. They really contribute to innovation and show the way on our journey of change, towards modernizing and digitizing Folksam,” says Johan Rudén, CIO at Folksam.

This year's program has a clear focus on development in new technology and aims at securing future specialist expertise in IT. The concept of reverse mentoring, where participants act as mentors to senior executives within Folksam, has been greatly appreciated and will be included in the new program as well.

One thing that makes it extra inspiring is that Malin and Jacob, former participants from the very first program, will be running and building this round of Folksam Tech Talent.
